At the heart of the condo is a gorgeous custom kitchen with a large central island, opening into the dining and living areas. There’s dining space for up to six, a dedicated bar area, and a comfortable living room that’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Step outside to the screened patio, where you’ll find both lounge seating and an outdoor dining area. A lovely spot for morning coffee, leisurely breakfasts, or evening drinks. An outdoor storage closet also has a selection of snorkel equipment, beach and pool toys, and floats for guests to enjoy.

Guests also have access to the Coral Bay Village swimming pool and tennis court, located just across Shamrock Road from the beachfront complex. One parking space is available directly in front of the villa, with additional visitor parking across Shamrock Road.
