Sunset Point is a newly built development in the North West Point area of West Bay. This oceanfront complex has a rocky edge to the water but allows for water entry on calmer days. Located next door to Macabuca (a fantastic happy hour location) and Cracked Conch restaurants and the dive shop, InDepth Watersports, offers diving and snorkeling gear and instruction.
Just down the road is the Turtle Centre, a wonderful family-friendly activity and educational facility. Only a few minutes’ drive from Fosters Grocery Store and Republix Plaza – also with a liquor store, restaurants, and shops. Seven Mile Beach is roughly a 5-10 minute drive. Additional restaurants in the area include Nova, Tukka, Calypso Grill, Morgan’s Seafood, and Bacaro, among others.
Sunset Point 8 is a one bedroom, ground floor condo with king sized bed and ensuite full bathroom. The floor to ceiling sliding doors allow light to pour into the main living and dining area of the condo. The sofa bed pulls out to sleep a total of 4 people. The patio has ample space to spread out for a meal or outdoor office and loungers to relax.
Access to the ocean frontage, pool deck, and amenities, and the gym is available. Each condo has ample parking for additional cars.
